No. The clock screen is a website: you open the clockapp in the browser of a tablet, laptop or till screen you already have, and sign in once. If you would rather have no fixed screen at all, your staff clock in on their own phones.

Not if you set a clock-in location. You give it an address and a radius in metres, and outside it the app refuses to clock anyone in. By default clocking out has to happen there too. If you set no clock-in location, clocking works anywhere.

Once somebody has been clocked in for more than twelve hours Tiemdo sets them aside as forgotten, and you clock them out yourself at the right time. A shift already running with nobody clocked in shows up among the absent in the meantime.

Yes, you switch that on per company. As soon as their shift has started they can fill in their own hours in the app, with the times and the break of that shift already in there. It arrives as the same time entry a clocked hour would, so you can use it as a first step or leave it that way.

You choose whether breaks are clocked separately, so somebody goes on a break and comes back again, or deducted from the worked time automatically. Clock-in and clock-out times and breaks are rounded to the number of minutes you set yourself.

Only if you switch early clocking on, and then up to the margin in minutes you set with it. The app says straight away that it needs the manager's explicit permission. You can also set it so that only people on the rota that day may clock in at all.
