Their time entry stays open, and Tiemdo warns you as soon as a shift has been running for more than twelve hours. You fill in the end time on the row itself, say why in the comment, and approve it.

Tiemdo puts the time worked next to the hours in that employee's contract. On a fixed contract that is what was agreed for the day; on a min-max contract only what falls below the minimum or above the maximum counts. A flexible contract has no agreed number, so the column stays empty.

Yes. Approving is not a lock: you can correct a time and approve it again. Only an export to Nmbrs locks that period, because the hours are in payroll by then.

Nmbrs goes straight across from Tiemdo. For Loket, Celery, Persoonality and Connexie, Tiemdo writes a file in their own format, and there is a plain Excel export per day or grouped per employee. Through Flexportal, approved hours also reach Multiman and Easyflex.

Yes. Filter the day by job or department and you approve only those entries. The day stays orange until the rest has been checked too.
