Questions about prices
Staff scheduling costs £1 per active employee per month. Staff scheduling and time tracking together cost £2 per active employee per month. Both prices exclude VAT. There are no setup fees and no annual contract.
An active employee is anyone in your account who is not archived. You archive someone yourself and it takes effect on your next invoice. Employees who you have not scheduled this month still count as active until you archive them.
The minimum is one user: the administrator. So a sole trader pays £1 per month for workforce planning, or £2 per month with time registration included.
No. For the 30-day trial you do not need a credit card or any other payment details. If you do not enter them before the trial ends, your account stops automatically and you pay nothing.
Your first invoice arrives thirty days after you have entered your payment details. You pay in arrears, for the employees who were actually active during that period, so you never pay in advance or for an estimate.
Yes. You can cancel Tiemdo monthly from your account settings. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
No. Everything is included in your plan: all features, all integrations belonging to that plan, the mobile apps, and support. You never have to buy anything extra.
Yes. You can upgrade from workforce planning to workforce planning with time registration, and also downgrade again at any time. The change takes effect from your next invoice.
