Article 1 – Legal Notice
Tiemdo provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for staff scheduling and management. Tiemdo B.V. is located at Lutterzandweg 12, 7587 LH de Lutte, the Netherlands, and is responsible for the processing of personal data (Chamber of Commerce number 76510549).
Article 2 – Access to the Application
Access to the Tiemdo application is strictly personal. The user may not use the website or application for commercial, political or advertising purposes, or for any form of unsolicited electronic communication.
Article 3 – Content of the Application
All brands, images, texts, illustrations, videos, sounds and technical applications used within the application are protected by intellectual property rights. No part of these may be reproduced or used without prior written consent from Tiemdo.
Article 4 – Management of the application
For the proper functioning of the application, Tiemdo may at any time: (1) restrict or temporarily interrupt access, (2) remove information that may disrupt the operation or is in violation of the law, and (3) carry out maintenance or updates which may make the application temporarily unavailable.
Article 5 – Liability
Tiemdo is not liable for malfunctions, interruptions, or difficulties in using the application. Users are responsible for their own equipment, internet connection, and security. Tiemdo is not liable for damages arising from the use of the application or the services accessible through the application.
Article 6 – Collection of data
Tiemdo collects personal data for managing customer relationships and providing its services. Personal data includes all information by which a person can be identified directly or indirectly, such as name, contact details and location information.
Article 7 – Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every data subject has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability. These rights can be exercised via info@tiemdo.com with a signed copy of a valid identity document. Tiemdo will respond to each request within one month.
Article 8 – Processing of personal data
Tiemdo processes personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable legislation. If statutory authorities request data as part of an investigation, such data may be provided as required by law. If certain data are necessary for access to specific functionalities, this will be clearly indicated when the data are collected.

Tiemdo may send its users commercial information. If you no longer wish to receive such messages, you can unsubscribe at any time via info@tiemdo.com. Personal data that you encounter while using the application may not be collected or reused without consent.

These privacy terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Tiemdo is established, unless statutory provisions prescribe otherwise.
