Nine, plus what sits under Finances. An overview of your whole team per day, availability and swap requests; absence and leave; time tracking, plus-minus, flex hours and min-max hours. Under Finances there is a report per employee as well, next to an overview of revenue, wage costs and expenses over the period you choose.

From the time entries in Tiemdo. The financial report counts approved hours only, so what stands there is also what you pay out. Your revenue you enter per day or per week, or it arrives on its own once you connect a Taurus till.

Tiemdo works with the hourly wage from the contract that applied on the day, and converts a fixed monthly salary into an hourly amount. Your wage factor goes on top of that, which holds holiday pay, holiday days, public holidays, sick pay and the contributions you pay as an employer. That factor can be set per contract type.

The time tracking report, the general overview and the financial report per working day leave as an Excel file. The time tracking report also goes out in the format of Loket, Celery, Persoonality or Connexie, and straight across to Nmbrs.

Every report runs over the period you choose and over the location you are working in. The general overview filters further by department and job, and most reports can be narrowed to one employee to see only their rows.

Administrators and planners. Employees do not appear in them at all: in their app they see their own hours, their own leave balance and their own shifts, and nothing of their colleagues'.
