Questions about prices
Staff scheduling costs $1.50 per active employee per month. Staff scheduling and time registration together cost $3 per active employee per month. Both prices exclude sales tax. There are no startup fees and no annual contract.
An active employee is anyone in your account who is not archived. You archive someone yourself and it takes effect from your next invoice. Employees you have not scheduled this month still count as active until you archive them.
The minimum is one user: the administrator. A sole proprietor pays $1.50 per month for staff scheduling, or $3 per month with time registration added.
No. For the 30-day trial, you do not need a credit card or any other payment details. If you do not provide payment details before the trial expires, your account will automatically stop and you will not be charged.
Your first invoice comes thirty days after you enter your payment details. You pay in arrears for employees who were actually active during that period, so you never pay in advance and never for an estimate.
Yes. You can cancel Tiemdo monthly from your account settings. There is no notice period and no cancellation fees.
No. Your plan includes everything: all features, all integrations associated with that plan, the mobile apps, and support. There is nothing you have to purchase separately.
Yes. You can upgrade from staff scheduling to staff scheduling with time registration at any time, and even switch back. The change takes effect from your next invoice.
